AWS Supply Chain is seeking a highly effective Principal Operations Leader to provide daily launch support and operational excellence guidance for our strategic third-party vendor partnerships. This role serves as the operational bridge between AWS and our 3P strategic vendor, ensuring seamless execution while building the foundation for future scale. As Principal Operations Leader, you will be the on-site leader ensuring daily operational success, capturing critical learnings, and monitoring blueprint development from our 3P partners. You'll drive the creation of longer term labor planning and engagement strategies while supporting the broader strategic partnership of the organization.

10+ years of relevant management experience in operations, manufacturing, data center operations, facility engineering operations, information technology critical environment facilities, advanced high volume manufacturing, datacenter build-outs and scaling, or similar experience
Experience working in a program management capacity and/or leading large-scale complex projects - Master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or 10+ years of data center engineering or operations experience - 7+ years of supply chain experience
The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
