Warehouse Supervisor Job Summary

Supervise, lead, coach, and develop a team of DC associates to meet client KPI's and achieve company goals. Problem-solve daily challenges, balance workflow, implement and monitor the performance development of team. Maintain and report departmental measures. Ensure that cGMP & safety compliance are being met. Monitor operations equipment and work tools. Participate in continuous improvement activities while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Target Salary: $60-72K (depending on individual experience)

Key Responsibilities: Supervisor

  • Hire, onboard, train, and supervise team members; coach and support career development.
  • Lead by example, maintain confidentiality, and foster trust and accountability.
  • Promote cross-functional teamwork and provide flexible coverage across departments.
  • Oversee daily DC operations, including scheduling, staffing, and workload management.
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, cGMP, DEA, FDA, OSHA, and internal policies.
  • Monitor and report KPIs, throughput, service issues, and investigate errors with root cause analysis.
  • Maintain accurate records, complete training and timecard approvals, and resolve employee issues.
  • Ensure proper product storage, facility cleanliness, and equipment maintenance.
  • Support audits, inspections, and respond to alerts and alarms (security/temperature).
  • Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders; assist with building closure tasks.

Minimum (Required) Qualifications

  • Experience managing teams, preferably in a medical/health/pharmaceutical or biological 3PL warehouse, distribution, production or facilities management.
  • Able to proficiently create and modify documents, spreadsheets & presentations utilizing Microsoft Suites (Excel, Word, Power Point).
  • Must have understanding of RF scanning technology, WMS computer systems and corrective /preventative action reporting.
  • Must possess the "All In-Togetherness" mindset and be a strong team player.
  • Able to communicate effectively whether in person, on the telephone, or through correspondence.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member.
  • Must possess strong problem solving and project management skills.
  • Effective management of multiple priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP experience is a PLUS
  • 2+ years as an Ops Supervisor
  • Medical/Health Pharma DC/3PL experience is a PLUS
  • Skill and knowledge base to lead Quality Programs to archive 5 to 6 sigma levels in work performances.

Physical Demands

Able to lift objects up to 70 pounds. Able to operate MHE equipment.

Work Environment

Work in a climate-controlled, GMP, safety oriented environment. Must be willing to work various hours to manage across the workday to meet our client's needs.
