Owens & Minor, a Fortune 500 leader in healthcare supply chain, is hiring an Operations Supervisor for our 3PL facility. This role oversees daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping—with a strong focus on service excellence for our clients. Candidates with experience supporting retail customers, retail distribution, or meeting retailer compliance requirements are strongly preferred.

What You'll Do:

• Lead daily warehouse operations and supervise warehouse teams.
• Communicate with client including retail partners to ensure accurate and on-time fulfillment.
• Plan labor, assign daily tasks, and maintain production schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and federal regulations (DEA/OSHA).
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate teammates.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Purchasing, and Customer Service to support client needs.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience; 2+ years warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience with retail accounts (e.g., routing guides, labeling, appointment scheduling, OTIF requirements) is a strong plus.
• Ability to use Windows-based systems and operational reporting tools.
• Certification on warehouse equipment (or ability to obtain).
