The Mobile Service Technician is responsible for performing automotive repairs and maintenance at customer locations, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, adaptability, and customer service skills to deliver high-quality service in a mobile environment. This individual will utilize their skills to diagnose and resolve automotive issues swiftly. The Mobile Service Technician works independently and in coordination with Service personnel and management to ensure customer satisfaction. The Mobile Service Technician reports to the Service Manager.
