You will provide consulting services to clients, analyzing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilization of Workday applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimizing operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. The Opportunity As part of the Managed Services - Workday - Application Evolution Services team you support, maintain, manage, and evolve Workday applications that support Finance, Human Resources, and IT business functions. As a Director, you set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. You also build and manage client delivery teams, develop Application Managed Services or Evolution Services, and mentor a global talent delivery team.
