Maintenance Technician

We are seeking skilled maintenance technicians to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for testing equipment, recording findings, and forwarding the results to a full-time maintenance technician for any necessary repairs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct equipment testing and document findings accurately.
• Utilize handheld devices to measure equipment failures or shortcomings.
• Clean and maintain equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
• Use cameras for detailed inspections and recording outcomes.
• Interpret and work with schematics and blueprints.
• Perform welding tasks as needed.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintenance techniques.
• Experience with mechanical systems and pneumatics.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance and vibration analysis.
• Competence in temperature controls and industrial maintenance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• An associate degree in maintenance or a related field is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Capability to document preventive maintenance performed on equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude and facilities maintenance experience.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
