The Lead Talent Acquisition Advisor will lead a team of talent acquisition professionals and serve as the primary recruiting point of contact for hiring managers in site operations, liaising across the US talent acquisition team to ensure efficient and effective hiring experiences. In addition, they will also work to hire hard to fill roles and develop hiring campaigns for sites which they will be expected to lead and execute. The lead talent acquisition advisor will build strong relationships with hiring managers, facilitate the end-to-end hiring process, interview and recommend management level candidates, provide insightful recruitment metrics, and support in-market events like job fairs and acquisitions. The Lead Talent Acquisition Advisor will facilitate the end-to-end hiring process for all site-based operations roles and partner closely with hiring managers on scheduling & interviewing candidates for all management level roles.

How much do we pay (Base)? $77,000 - $143,000 *Note that the pay range listed for this position is a genuinely expected and reasonable estimate of the range of possible base compensation at the time of posting. This position offers paid vacation depending on your years of relevant industry experience and will range from 120 – 240 hours of vacation per year for full times employees (60 - 240 hours of vacation per year for part time employees). You will also be eligible for 9 paid holidays per year and 2 personal choice holidays.
