Compensation: $32 -$38/hr.
Bonus: 5% Annual Bonus
Schedule: 7:00am - 4:00pm Mon-Fri normal business hours, ability to cover shifts as needed including nights and weekends
Travel: As business needs demand, around 5%

Job Description Summary: The Lead Operations/Quality Technician (LOQT) is responsible for the leadership of the quality function at the facility and the LOQT will assist the Plant/Facility Manager in the safe, reliable, and efficient operations of the facility. The LOQT manages the processes that ensure that products and services are of the highest quality, while complying with all regulatory agencies and requirements including, but not limited to FDA, OSHA, EPA, DHS, and company quality policies and procedures.
