Position Title: Lan Support Specialist
Pay Rate: $75,000 - $92,000, multiple factors, including individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range.

The Job You Will Perform:
This role supports 9 sites, throughout KY and a site in IN, to include 330 PCs with a total number of devices supported of 899 devices. Reports and works with a manager to provide technical support of client infrastructure and software for assigned sites. This role will work with facility manager or site contact to set priorities. Manage day to day break/fix of workstations, servers, RF devices, printers and other network attached devices. Requires 50% travel to support 9 sites: Bowling Green, KY, Lexington, KY, Henderson, KY, Louisville, KY and St Anthony, IN. Perform assigned project tasks or set of actions for completion of project within defined timelines. Includes but not limited to installation, configuration, and/or moves of supported standard devices or implementation of a process. Perform assigned tasks for installation and configuration of standard devices as part of the refresh lifecycle management programs for Workstations, Printers, RF, Servers and Network Switches and Access Points. Requires general to little direct supervision and capable of handling any routine to highly technical problem with demonstrated adequate to good communication skills. Maintain documentation for the facility, including inventory, ticket tracking, and time tracking. Act as the liaison with Information Technology second and third level support groups to assist in expediting the support process. Daily on-call for the primary locations supported. Rotation of on-call support for the region up to 4 weeks per year.
