Position description: The University of Louisville is seeking to hire an IT Technology Support III. The position will assist with planning, coordinate acquisition and provide asset management, front line departmental support, troubleshooting and problem resolution for endpoint and AV technology, including voice, data and video. Plans and coordinates appropriate training for staff and administration on the use of endpoint and AV technology/software. Coordinate and support AV services for departmental and university meeting spaces. Provide support to faculty and staff engaged in research by assisting with data preparation, transfers and storage. Manages departmental technology resources and ensures technology is adhering to university standards. Coordinates all technology purchases. Consults on new technology and how existing technology may be leveraged to gain efficiencies within departmental functions.
Compensation will be commensurate to candidate experience.
