This role requires strong technical skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage and resolve issues both onsite and remotely. The IT Support Specialist will follow up on closed issues to ensure user satisfaction, escalate work orders when necessary, and assist the broader IT team with additional projects and initiatives. Additional Skills & Qualifications 3–5 years of relevant IT support experience. Associate degree or equivalent education/experience required; A+ certification preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and troubleshooting Outlook (archiving, PST files). Experience with SAP and Exchange Online. Familiarity with Active Directory administration. Experience supporting mobile devices (smartphones, tablets, etc.). Hands-on technical skills with technologies such as Hyper-V, enterprise storage, and Cisco Call Manager. Ability to troubleshoot and repair desktop hardware, printers, and related devices. Availability to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation (one week per month). Ability to perform physical IT work, including lifting and installation tasks.
