We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth within EDB's sales teams. You'll partner closely with marketing, sales, and partner teams to nurture leads, identify opportunities, and close business efficiently — helping customers see the value of our solutions from first conversation to signed agreement.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years in an SDR, Inside Sales, AE, or Business Development role, ideally in the technology or SaaS industry.
  • Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals and managing the full sales cycle.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and handle objections effectively.
  • CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft, Clari, or similar CRM tools.
  • Self-Starter: Highly motivated and proactive, with strong problem-solving skills and a growth mindset.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team environment and coordinate across cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
