Strategic Execution: Lead Big Rocks Programs and implementation of OCI's strategic roadmap, including datacenter expansion, software development, and hardware engineering projects, in line with the organization's vision and goals.
Engineering Programs:
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and roadmaps for cross-pillar initiatives.
Identify project dependencies and critical paths, allocating resources effectively to ensure timely delivery.
Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to executive stakeholders.
Cross-Pillar Coordination: Act as the central point of contact and facilitator for cross-pillar projects and initiatives, ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment between IDE, Raw Metal Cloud, Data Center Software, Planning, and Data Hall Design teams.
Technical Expertise:
Lead technical program in software and hardware engineering, bridging the gap between development teams and operational requirements.
Lead emerging technology programs in datacenter management, software development, and hardware engineering.
Drive innovation and adoption of new technologies and processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
Innovation and Engineering Excellence:
Lead the implementation of new tools, methodologies, and processes to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall system performance.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits.
For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.
Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week.
Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
