HR Recruiter Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter on a contract basis in Louisville, Kentucky. This role requires a skilled individual to manage the entire recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to finalizing hires. The position offers a hybrid schedule and the opportunity to collaborate closely with senior associates in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities of the HR Recruiter:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Collaborate with HR leadership and department heads to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate records and ensure a streamlined hiring process.
• Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidates and assess their suitability for open positions.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of candidates with relevant experience for current and future hiring needs.
• Implement effective sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent.
• Ensure compliance with corporate recruitment policies and procedures.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress and metrics.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates to foster engagement and positive experiences.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance the efficiency of recruitment operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting within a corporate setting.
• Strong proficiency in sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent interview and candidate assessment skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and team members.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements and best practices in recruitment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Experience working in various ATS and Google Suite knowledge.
