We're seeking an experienced Desktop Support Technician to provide technical assistance to both remote and onsite staff across multiple locations in Northern Kentucky. This role involves hands-on support for a wide range of devices and systems, and includes occasional travel using a company-provided vehicle. Responsibilities include delivering responsive desktop support for laptops, desktops, tablets, phones, printers, copiers, and related hardware. Assist with software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Support basic networking tasks, including routers and switches as needed. Maintain accurate records of service requests and resolutions. Provide clear, professional communication with end users and team members.
Required Skills & Experience include strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills, proven experience with hardware setup, configuration, and repair, familiarity with ticketing systems and service request workflows, ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure, and solid understanding of operating systems, user account management, and application support.
Technical Proficiencies include Windows 10/11, Microsoft Outlook and Office 365, Active Directory, desktop imaging and deployment, printer and peripheral troubleshooting, and DNS and basic networking concepts.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
