Responsibilities include managing and supervising housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff, performing and leading teams in light and heavy housekeeping and laundry aide duties, leading staff training and quality control, maintaining records, acting as a liaison between building occupants and HCSG staff, using protective gear appropriately, maintaining consistent attendance, and representing HCSG positively through courteous interactions.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent preferred, two years of experience in healthcare housekeeping and supervision preferred, maintaining a positive attitude, compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies, ability to lift/carry and push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, ability to stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods, ability to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously, ability to work around food and cleaning products, ability to follow oral and written instructions, and residency within the service area required.
