The primary objective of this leadership position is to guide a team of specialized sellers for Contact Center Intelligence (CCI) and Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) product set to grow new revenue. The desired result is acquiring monthly recurring revenue at or above assigned growth and incremental revenue targets. Key functions are establishing working relationships with clients, region's direct and channel sales account teams, internal and external ecosystem partners prospecting, qualifying, and closing customers for Lumen.
