Responsibilities include assisting in managing dining services operations, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards, participating in staff training, development, and scheduling, assisting with inventory management and ordering of supplies, interacting positively with residents, staff, and guests, and performing all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent preferred, previous experience in dining services or hospitality preferred, strong organizational and communication skills, obtaining Food Protection Manager, Food Service Manager, Long-Term Care Food Service, and CDM,CFPP certifications during the development program, a valid driver's license, strong written and verbal communication skills, maintaining a positive attitude, compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies, ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks for extended periods, and residency within the service area required.
