Location: Hybrid – Louisville, KY (must live within 100 miles)

Placement Type: Contract (26 weeks)

Pay Rate: $17/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours (exact shift TBD)

Start Date: ASAP

Conversion Potential: Yes – potential to convert to full-time

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers through inbound and outbound calls. This role is part of the CoverMyMeds team and focuses on delivering accurate information, processing prescription refills, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Candidates must be comfortable working in a hybrid environment and possess strong communication and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to/from patients, caregivers, and providers
• Deliver accurate information and empathetic support to callers
• Process prescription refills and schedule medication shipments
• Resolve caller inquiries and provide clear follow-up steps
• Adhere to CoverMyMeds policies and procedures
• Maintain flexibility in scheduling based on business needs

Qualifications Required

• Minimum 1 year of call center experience
• Reliable transportation and residence within 100 miles of Louisville, KY
• Pharmacy Board Technician Registration (must be obtained by hire date)
• Typing speed of 35 WPM or greater
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred

• Previous healthcare or pharmacy experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
