Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative in Louisville, Kentucky. In this contract to permanent position, you will play a vital role in managing communication channels, ensuring exceptional service, and supporting internal processes. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering quality customer experiences. The hours for the Customer Service Representative are onsite, Monday - Friday: 8am-4:30pm.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

  • Monitor and manage incoming emails within the internal mailbox to ensure timely responses.
  • Upload relevant documents to participant accounts with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Forward messages to the appropriate teams or departments for further action.
  • Respond to inquiries in a detail-oriented and courteous manner, providing clear and helpful information.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of internal systems and workflows to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve overall service delivery.
  • Ensure all communications are documented properly for future reference and compliance.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Handle both inbound and outbound calls as needed to support customer needs.
  • Perform general order entry tasks to maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is required.
  • Strong proficiency in managing emails and communication systems.
  • Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
  • Familiarity with order entry processes and systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
