Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person, ensuring timely and professional communication.
• Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot issues, resolve complaints, and escalate concerns as needed to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
• Order Management: Handle customer orders, track shipments, and process returns or exchanges accurately.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in CRM databases.
• Product/Service Knowledge: Understand and explain company products, policies, and services to assist customers effectively.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as sales, technical support, and marketing to address customer needs.
• Process Improvement: Provide feedback on customer service practices and suggest enhancements for better efficiency and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer service, call center, or a similar role (1–3 years preferred).
• Proficiency with computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with a professional and empathetic demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments while prioritizing customer needs.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
