Job Opportunity: Customer Service Associate

We're looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our team and provide an exceptional shopping experience for every customer. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers with questions and recommendations
• Managing sales transactions at the cash register
• Maintaining security of cash and protecting company assets
• Keeping the store well-stocked and recovering merchandise
• Receiving merchandise, helping with unloading trucks, and restocking according to productivity standards
• Ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment through professional and friendly interactions
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping, mopping floors, and taking out the trash
• Other duties as assigned

Skills and experience required include:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents
• Ability to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
