Customer Support Associate

We are hiring for a customer support associate based in Louisville, Kentucky! We are looking for candidates with two years of customer service experience, minimum, ideally in a call center. Essential job functions include:

  • Excellent communications skills
  • Ability to quickly navigate through system applications to obtain and provide accurate account information
  • Answer all incoming calls in 30 seconds or less
  • Answer 50 or more inbound calls daily
  • Perform outbound call campaigns to existing customers
  • Complete customer request forms
  • Document each incoming and outbound call for trend analysis
  • Manage multiple customer interactions while maintaining accuracy
  • Work well in a busy environment
  • Maintain overall call volume and service levels at 90% or above
  • Maintain a monthly quality call monitor average of 90% or above
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Fully on-site hours: 8:45-5pm initially, would need availability till 6pm. Paid training, weekly pay, and benefits available. Pay: $20.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
