Responsible for overseeing our adult residential SUD program and serve as an outpatient substance abuse disorder (SUD) clinician. This position will be responsible for supervising clinicians and case managers, ensuring quality treatment services, and maintaining a manageable caseload of clients. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in providing individual, group, and family therapy, including Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) services. Must have a masters degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field. Must be independently licensed (LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent) in Kentucky. Minimum of 2 years of experience in substance abuse disorder treatment services. Previous supervisory experience in a clinical setting preferred. Strong understanding of SUD treatment modalities, regulations, and compliance standards.
