Join our dynamic team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative and become an essential part of a company that values collaboration, innovation, and growth. Schedule: 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday Pay: $18.75/hr.

Essential tasks:

• Process customer orders, prepare quotations, invoices, and shipping documents while ensuring accurate deliveries and timely updates on pricing, availability, and schedules.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, fax, and email; research product needs, resolve issues, and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Support inventory control by preparing reports, updating records, and coordinating with warehouses and procurement to resolve backorders.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales data in the company database, ensuring smooth communication across sales, management, logistics, and accounting teams.
• Assist with collections for delinquent accounts and support sales and marketing activities as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain effective communication with supervisors, colleagues, and external partners.

Qualifications: Must be bilingual (English/Spanish). Prior experience in customer service and knowledge of automotive parts manufacturing preferred.
