Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, push, and pull objects up to 50 lbs. Some jobs require extensive walking and/or lengthy periods of standing, along with exposure to indoor and outdoor weather elements.

Shift: Days, Evenings, Nights, and Weekends

Job Summary: This position assists our Operations Staff in all event and facility-related areas (e.g., event setup/breakdown, general facility upkeep, and other assigned duties). The position collaborates with our full-time staff on weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and works at home sporting events on nights and weekends throughout the fall, winter, and spring seasons. This includes mandatory participation in all home football games in the fall semester.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities: Ability to excel in a fast-paced setting; exceptional communication and adaptability; team player with professionalism, leadership, and practical time management skills.
