You'll have the support of a multi-disciplined senior team with over 100 years of combined experience, so you'll never have to go it alone.
  • Multiple and conflicting priorities may arise under tight deadlines, especially during release testing or disaster recovery efforts. Occasional after-hours and travel may be required. In concert with your mentor, you'll need to act quickly and decisively when issues arise.

  • Ability to research, organize, analyze and synthesize data to support effective decision-making.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player and with people of all backgrounds and at all levels.
  • Knowledge of systems including design, development, implementation, system testing, quality assurance support, maintenance, and support.

Bonus Points:

  • Knowledge of core banking platforms, BPM, project management, service/support desk.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with an interest in relationship building through consultative sales.
  • Solid reasoning, analytical, technical, mathematical and language abilities.
  • Highly motivated, resourceful and results driven.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding work ethic, attention to detail and ability to work well individually and in teams.
  • Customer service oriented and able to adapt as needed to meet customer and/or business needs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and attain goals.
  • Bilingual/Multi-Lingual.
