Position Summary:
Performs hands-on operational support including driving process improvements, ensuring compliance and quality assurance, conducting data analysis and reporting, participating in training and education initiatives, fostering collaboration and communication among interdisciplinary teams, and contributing to project management. Works to optimize clinical operations, enhance efficiency and compliance, and support the delivery of high-quality patient care. Does not require licensure. Communicates internally as a liaison between staff, vendors, and other business areas to allocate necessary resources to achieve the goals and objectives of the business strategy. Analyzes error reports and resolves error trends, identifies operational risks, and provides solutions to senior managers and senior individual contributors. Assists with clinical support strategy and resource requirements, analyzing data to ensure growth and development goals and objectives are met. Aligns clinical support training needs with resources, budgets, and analysis, ensuring continuous improvement while meeting goals and objectives. Coordinates the clinical support review process with supervisory staff, providing detailed reports to ensure consistent information. Develops basic strategies for delivery on stakeholder and business performance to senior managers, ensuring consistent communication and analysis. Balances daily workload and clinical support resource management, collecting financial analysis, budget gaps, and pricing consistency to ensure consistent performance at the company's standards. Manages resources to develop the methodology for analyzing and reporting clinical support team performance data to senior managers and stakeholders. Administers strategic review processes ensuring continuous improvement, compliance, and high-performance clinical support protocols and standards are upheld.

Pay Range: The typical pay range for this role is: $43,888.00 - $102,081.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
