Shift: Primarily day shift with additional hours needed per departmental needs.
Job Summary: This position will support Supply Chain - purchasing, value analysis, logistics and materials management - to include: month end data, Excel, Access, and other needed reporting; budget analysis, human resources, daily patient billing through various third party software, coordination of projects, scheduling appointments - meetings and interviews, requisitioning via SAP, coordinating and scheduling travel - approvals and reimbursements, vendor badges, department organization - events and functions, meeting management and calendar coordination, inventory in asset storage locations to assist materials management, annual space and capital equipment inventory.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities: The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage multiple tasks and/or projects while accurately completing routine functions in a fast paced, high intensity, professional work environment; proficient in Microsoft Office, to include Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; excellent attention to detail; exceptional planning and organizational skill; solid written and verbal communication skills; ability to solve routine problems and manage resources; demonstrated ability to provide superior customer service, time management, and judgment; and respect for confidentiality and diversity.

Preferred Education/Experience: Associate's degree and 3+ years of office work experience preferred.
