The Administrative Services Asst/UKHC provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Executive Director of Healthcare Communications and the broader communications team. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth execution of strategic communication initiatives by managing complex calendars, preparing executive-level documents, coordinating project workflows, and supporting departmental purchasing and budgeting processes. The position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while interacting with leaders, faculty, staff, and external partners. The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, and committed to delivering service excellence in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.

Preferred Education/Experience: Prefer bachelor's degree in communication related field, with experience working within a health care organization and/or for a communications or PR-related group.
