Hours: Monday - Thursday 8am to 5:30pm Alternating Weekends- Friday 9:00am - 1:00pm and Saturday 10:00am - 2:00pm Pay: $14.00 per hour, based on education and experience, plus eligible for monthly performance-based bonuses

Seeking outgoing, enthusiastic individual to call donors and schedule appointments in a fast-paced professional outbound call center environment. Must demonstrate professional telephone etiquette, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and have a working knowledge of computers. Training: Training will be at our Andover location in Lexington.

Working Environment & Physical Effort: This position requires the ability to:

• Sit for extended periods of time.
• Fulfill basic clerical duties (typing/writing) for extended periods of time.
• Occasionally lift/carry up to 25 pounds without assistance.
• Occasionally bend or reach to perform various job tasks.
• Analyze complex situations and make sound decisions.
• Adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proof of education/certifications required during the interview process.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screen are required.
