8am To 12pm ($14/hr) Part Time Call Center Donor Scheduler

If you are looking for a rewarding career where you can make a difference, come join our team! Monday -Thursday: 8:00am to 12:00pm Alternating weekends: Friday 9am -1pm, Saturday 10am – 2pm Pay: $14.00 per hour plus eligible for monthly performance-based incentive opportunity.

Seeking outgoing, enthusiastic individual to call donors and schedule appointments in a fast-paced outbound call center environment. Must demonstrate professional phone etiquette and written and verbal communication skills, with MS Office proficiency and the ability to enter data and navigate web applications. Training will be at our Andover location in Lexington.

Working Environment & Physical Effort this position requires the ability to:

• Sit for extended periods of time.
• Fulfill basic clerical duties (typing/writing) for extended periods of time.
• Occasionally lift/carry up to 25 pounds without assistance.
• Occasionally bend or reach to perform various job tasks.
• Analyze complex situations and make sound decisions.
• Adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proof of education/certifications required during the interview process.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screen are required.
