Kentro is hiring an experienced Sr. Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer to support a DOC Census opportunity. Kentro will provide the Government with program management and services related to emerging technology solutions, including Enterprise Architecture (EA) and data science, application development and management support, training, and enterprise ecosystem support.

Responsibilities:

• Maintains enterprise cloud infrastructure to ensure proper configuration, availability, performance, capacity, and maintenance.
• Responsible for installing, configuring, administrating, supporting, and maintaining cloud-based systems and resources.
• Maintains expertise in cloud infrastructure and cloud-based capabilities to enhance the scalability and efficiency of data solutions, support the development of containerized cloud-based applications, and provide O&M support for cloud-based web applications.
• May be responsible for supporting Secure Cloud Architecture.
• May be responsible for supporting DevSecOps Strategy.
• May be responsible for supporting Infrastructure as Code efforts to optimize execution for dependency management and maximize efficiency by reducing manual reconciliation efforts.
• May be responsible for supporting Security Compliance to comply with NIST 800-53 Rev 5 standards

Location: On-site in Washington DC
