• communicate well with others

Main tasks:

• provide service for our French customers via email and phone
• work with sales team and other departments to support Kennametal partners
• create & check sales documents (in Order to Cash processes)
• use SAP, CRM, MS Office, Genesys
• take the extra mile to engage customers
