Ferrari of Salt Lake City, a Ken Garff Automotive Dealership, is currently looking for a Sales Assistant/Receptionist that aligns with our core values and acts with respect, integrity, growth, humility and teamwork.

This role is all about creating a great first impression for our clients, keeping the showroom running smoothly, and helping the sales team with vehicle details and customization options. You'll get hands-on with Ferrari models, learn the specs, and support clients as they explore different design and personalization choices.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and make sure their visit feels seamless and welcoming.
• Keep the reception area and showroom organized and presentation-ready.
• Help the sales team with vehicle spec sheets, customization tools, and client follow-ups.
• Learn Ferrari models and features so you can answer basic questions and support clients during the design process.
• Assist with events, client deliveries, and day-to-day dealership operations.
• Stay on top of client records and scheduling so everything runs smoothly.

What We Are Looking For:

• Friendly, polished, and comfortable talking with clients.
• Interested in cars, design, or luxury brands (you'll be learning Ferrari inside and out).
• Organized and detail-oriented — you'll juggle reception, client support, and sales tasks.
• Comfortable with a variety of responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be trustworthy and have the ability to creatively deal with problems.
• Must have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Professional personal appearance.
