Operations Associate

Our mission is to make it easy for everyone to build healthy habits and eat more fruit and vegetables by creating innovative products that are highly nutritious, sustainable, and delicious.

We transform fresh, organic fruits and veggies into handy single-serving meal moments such as: Instant Smoothies, Delicious Gum Drops, Hearty Bowls.

This position is responsible for executing the production of our products ensuring the delivery of orders in accordance with our specifications.

This position requires: Teamwork, strong attention to detail, and effective communication skills.

This Operations Associate role reports to the Operations Area Coordinator.

Main goals include ensuring our work orders are produced appropriately and on time; following the Weekly Production Planning; producing/packing products to meet quality and safety standards; and assisting in equipment repairs with the maintenance department.

Responsibilities include operating equipment (mixers, packing machines, freezing tunnel, industrial cutter) safely and efficiently; weighing and preparing materials according to recipes; assembling boxes for product packaging; preparing and customizing client/customer orders; conducting quality checks; maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace; following Safety and HACCP guidelines; respecting the Weekly Plan from the Area Leader; applying Good Manufacturing Practices; reporting production issues to leaders; performing maintenance tasks as needed; and any other tasks as requested.

Requirements include the ability to handle up to 25kg bags; no physical limitations; ability to safely operate manual pallet jacks; and availability to work shifts (including nights and weekends during peak periods).

Experience you bring includes technical professional course (Level 4 - EQF) in: Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical, or Electronics; 1–2 years of experience working with packing machines; knowledge of GMP & HACCP; ability to interpret production schedules and manage changeovers; experience with manufacturing operations (electronic settings, line control, troubleshooting, etc.); familiarity with preventive maintenance; and strong communication in Portuguese and English.
