Management of the room service and banquet department
Management of a team of approximately 10 employees
Coordination and operational implementation of room service activities
Ensuring the timely and correct delivery of food and beverages to guests
Management of personnel
Control of orders
Ensuring guest satisfaction
Cooperation with the kitchen and front desk
Maintaining inventory and ensuring high quality standards
Ensuring an excellent guest experience with a focus on quality and hygiene standards
Responsibility for recruitment, training, and development of the team
Creating the monthly duty roster
Placing orders, conducting inventories, and closing daily accounts
Completed training and at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position in a comparable hotel
Attention to detail
Experience in leading a team
Keen interest in team-oriented work
Resilience, professional competence, tidiness, and a very high awareness of quality
Structured and organized way of working
Guest-oriented work and economic action
English and German are required, other languages, such as Italian, are an advantage
