Human Resources Administrator

Your tasks:

• You create a respectful atmosphere for our team
• You maintain the master data of our employees and their personnel files and take care of the general administrative tasks within the department
• You coordinate the recruitment in consultation with our Director of Human Resources and support during job interviews
• You and the HR team are the contact persons for all employees and applicants
• You independently coordinate all on- and offboardings as well as the personnel houses
• You support in all projects such as the supervision of our trainees

What you bring with you:

• You enjoy supporting people and your empathy makes it easy for you to be there for your team
• You consider organization and communication to be your strengths
• You are structured and it is easy for you to establish and implement new processes
• You have a completed education in the field of human resources or in the hospitality industry
• You have ideally already gained experience in human resources, preferably in the hospitality industry
