Leading and organizing an effective Group & Event Sales Team including recruitment, training, development and supervision in compliance with the Kempinski Standards.
Monitoring, supervising and constantly improving the Service Quality of the Department/Hotel Consolidation and advancement of the hotel's market position in the Event & Group domain Revenue maximization in Event & Group field to reach or surpass the predetermined budget.
Comprehensive over-departmental communication to ensure the highest possible guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
The hotel achieves its Financial Objectives.
The Events Sales & Services Team that the person is responsible for achieves their revenue objectives.
The person achieves their personal objectives.
Assists the DOSM in setting incentive targets and follows up with each team member to encourage them to reach those targets.
The performance review is carried out to the satisfaction of both the General Manager and the Director of Sales & Marketing.
Ensures contracts are sent in a timely manner and that deposits are collected within the contract period.
Assistant to conduct a self-audit monthly to comply with the compliance requirements of all Kempinski Internal Risk Assessment (KIRA Audit) and various types of external audits.
