The overall scope is to ensure the efficient operation of the Engineering department supporting all other operating departments. This includes supplying services as required by the entire operation and maintaining equipment, building, and grounds in optimum condition.
OVERALL OBJECTIVES
The incumbent in this position is responsible to coordinate and manage the day to day maintenance and up keep of the hotel as it pertains to Engineering, under the direction of the Director of Engineering.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE
NATIONALITY: Eligible for a working permit in country of hire.
EDUCATION: Certified technical diploma in mechanical (HVAC) or electrical.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 1 to 3 years in building or plant maintenance, in a similar position or promoted internally.
