  • Pipeline Management: Lead pipeline development, forecasting, and performance monitoring using advanced CRM tools (Salesforce, Gong)

  • Performance Management: Transform underperforming team members into top contributors through individualized coaching plans
  • Client Relationship Building: Support long-term customer relationship development with focus on increasing customer lifetime value
