The Role

You'll own P&L responsibility for the entire Illinois market while leading both sales expansion and operational excellence across our portfolio of flexible workspace locations.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sales Leadership & P&L Management

  • Own revenue, occupancy, growth, and profitability targets for Illinois operations
  • Develop and execute data-driven business plans to close performance gaps
  • Analyze market trends to identify expansion opportunities and efficiency improvements
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve ambitious growth targets

Sales Leadership & Business Expansion

  • Lead two critical teams: Partnership Growth Directors (new location acquisition) and Area Managers (customer acquisition/retention)
  • Champion a high-performance sales culture focused on conversion, retention, and growth
  • Support partnership development to expand our location footprint
  • Partner with marketing to drive local demand generation strategies

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure consistent service delivery and operational standards across all centers
  • Monitor KPIs and field insights to optimize team performance
  • Maintain compliance, safety, and quality standards
  • Drive customer experience initiatives to strengthen retention and engagement
