Role Overview
Keary's Motor Group is looking for top calibre candidates to join its winning team. We are currently seeking to recruit a full-time Senior Service Advisor to join our dynamic, growing team based in our Renault Dealership, located at Kinsale Road Roundabout, Cork.

Role Responsibilities
- Manage customer bookings and service enquiries with professionalism and care, by phone, email and walk-in.
- Welcome customers on arrival in a professional manner, clearly understanding their requests.
- Coordinate with the Workshop Controller to check availability for service and maintenance work.
- Ensure accurate customer details and repair work are logged on the system.
- Update customers on the status of their vehicle, advising on any additional work required and gain approval.
- Ensure vehicles are handed back on time, with all work completed to Dealership standards.
- Liaise with other teams to ensure smooth operation.
- Assisting with the gathering of customer service feedback.
Role Requirements
- Previous experience in a Service Advisor or similar role within a franchise dealership.
- Strong focus on customer care and building trusted relationships.
- Working knowledge of Kerridge/Keyloop DMS (Rev 8 an advantage).
- Good understanding of automotive technology.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A positive team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritise, multi-task, manage time effectively particularly at peak times.
- Ability to work on own initiative when required or as part of a team.
