This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting Mission Planning capability across Australian Defence Force (ADF) aviation platforms. In this position, you will apply your specialist Field Service Representative expertise to provide trusted operational and technical support, ensuring the safe and effective use of advanced Mission Planning tools.
You will engage with stakeholders at all levels—within the ADF, across the company and with national and international partners—to deliver clear advice, practical recommendations, and leadership across key Mission Planning activities. Your work will contribute to the development, enhancement, and implementation of Mission Planning systems, software, equipment, and operational procedures.
This role offers the chance to provide high-value advisory and consultancy support on highly specialized Mission Planning software, hardware, and operating practices. You will work alongside skilled professionals and end-users from junior operators to senior decision-makers, helping shape future capability and operational outcomes.

The key responsibilities of the role will include, but is not limited to:
Demonstrated knowledge of Military Aviation Operations and procedures.
Demonstrated knowledge Aviation Operations relevant to the supported region.
Demonstrated high level knowledge of ADF Aviation Mission Planning Systems (Joint Mission Planning Systems) and Electronic Flight Bag tools and applicable software elements.
Advanced Office Computing Application knowledge in MS Office, Win 10 / 11 & XML.
Knowledge of ADF Command and Support systems.
Minimum AGSVA NV1 clearance.
