Job Summary
As a Senior IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for the administration of various data systems, including hardware, software, information systems, and peripheral equipment such as servers, desktops, printers, and storage devices. You will maintain, install, upgrade, and configure data systems, administer operating systems, and manage basic security and recovery procedures. Your role involves solving complex and unique problems, as well as directing the daily activities of a technical support team. You will establish task priorities, interpret issues, and develop best practices to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and business strategy. At least 5 years of experience in a Microsoft® operating environment.
