The customer service representative is a vital part of our day-to-day operation. The representative is responsible for all aspects of a guest's experience with our company, including (but not limited to) ticketing passengers and freight, answering phones, booking reservations, general retail and assisting customers knowledgeably, professionally and efficiently. The expectation of the Customer Service Representative is to be the face of our company for all who approach us.

Working knowledge of Office 365 and other Company software.
