We are seeking a Senior Marketing Data Analyst to serve as the central intelligence engine for the Marketing Division. This role is designed for a data-driven strategist who can go beyond reporting—to diagnose, forecast, and optimize marketing performance across the full funnel. You will partner closely with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Campaigns, and Sales Enablement to translate complex data into actionable growth strategies that directly impact pipeline and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Performance Intelligence
- Lead the design and implementation of marketing performance frameworks, defining the KPIs that matter most for growth and expansion goals.
- Build and own end-to-end marketing attribution models (multi-touch, AI-assisted, media mix) to identify ROI by channel, campaign, and audience segment.
- Conduct cohort and lifecycle analysis to uncover trends in lead quality, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
2. Advanced Analytics & Experimentation
- Design and execute controlled experiments (A/B, multivariate, incrementality testing) to validate campaign strategies and messaging approaches.
- Develop statistical models and predictive analytics to forecast MQL, SAL, and SQL volume and revenue impact.
- Leverage intent data, firmographic enrichment, and signal-based marketing insights to guide ABM and demand generation prioritization.
3. Strategic Business Partnering
- Collaborate with marketing leadership to set data-driven quarterly and annual growth targets for MQLs, pipeline, and ARR.
- Partner with BDR/SDR leaders to identify the highest-converting lead sources and optimize handoff SLAs.
- Act as the "data translator" for cross-functional teams, making complex analytics understandable and actionable.
4. Data Infrastructure & Reporting Excellence
- Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards in Looker, Tableau, or Power BI that provide real-time visibility into marketing impact.
- Ensure marketing data hygiene, governance, and integration across HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms.
Continuously enhance automation and reporting workflows to reduce manual processes.
