HR Coordinator

We are filling the position of HR Coordinator (m/w/d) at our client, a highly reputable mid-sized law firm.

The position will be in a permanent full-time role directly with our client in Munich.

Responsibilities

• Focus on the operational areas of human resources.
• Support your two colleagues and take on independent areas of responsibility.
• For a defined group of employees, you are the first point of contact for all personnel matters.
• You are responsible for the recording and maintenance of employee master data.
• You work on various HR projects as needed.

Qualification

• You have a commercial qualification such as a Personal Service Professional (m/w/d) or a degree related to personnel such as business psychology, business administration, or pedagogy.
• Ideally, you have completed a further education as a Human Resources Professional (m/w/d).
• You have already gained initial professional experience in the HR field or have had the opportunity to get to know HR work as a student assistant.
• You are reliable, independent, and have a great passion for working with people.
• You have a confident command of the MS Office suite.
