At our client, a highly reputable, medium-sized law firm, we are filling the position of HR Coordinator (M/W/D).

The position will be filled in a permanent employment directly with our client at the location Munich.

Responsibilities

• The main focus lies in the operational areas of human resources.
• Here you support your two colleagues and take on areas of responsibility independently.
• For a defined group of employees, you are the first point of contact for all HR-related questions.
• You are responsible for the recording and maintenance of employee master data.
• You work on various HR-related projects as needed.

Qualification

• You have a commercial qualification such as a Personaldienstleistungskauffrau/mann (M/W/D) or a degree related to personnel such as business psychology, business administration, or pedagogy.
• Ideally, you have completed further training as a Personalfachkauffrau/mann (M/W/D).
• You have already gained initial experience in the HR field or have been able to get to know HR work as a student assistant.
• You are reliable, independent and have a great passion for working with people.
• A confident handling of the MS Office package is a feature of you.
