Our client is a modern, international law firm in Frankfurt am Main. We are looking for you as a Business Development & Marketing Coordinator (m/w/d) as soon as possible.

The position will be filled in a permanent employment directly with our client.

Tasks

• Support in business development, including offer management, customer care, and feedback processes.
• International cooperation with colleagues to standardize BD processes and share location-specific information.
• Maintenance and updating of CRM systems, databases, and internal materials for business development.
• Creation of professional pitch documents and presentations for potential clients.
• Conducting market and company research to prepare offers and business development decisions.
• Organizing and accompanying communication campaigns, events, and thought leadership initiatives.

Qualification

• You have initial professional experience in the field of business development and marketing.
• You have industry experience in an internationally operating consulting firm (consulting, taxes/auditing, law firm, PSF).
• You enjoy working in a team that has a lot of fun at work.
• You get involved and develop your own new approaches.
• You have fluent German and very good English skills.
• French skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
